Restructuring and Retrenchment proceedings, Medical Boarding proceedings, Performance Management proceedings, Initiations and Chairing of Disciplinary Inquiries, counselling and corrections, Support and Advise during Disciplinary proceedings, Misconduct Investigations, Conflict Resolution, Negotiations, Drafting of Employment and Commercial Contracts(Restrain of Trade), Work permits, Employment Relations Conciliation, Arbitration (Bargaining Chamber, Council and Commissions) and Employment Relations Litigation(Including Appeals), Shop Steward meeting preparation and training, Grievance proceedings, Trade Unions Engagements, Drafting of company policies and procedures including but not limited to the following: Grievance procedures, development and implementation of Employment Equity Plans Employment equity policies, Disciplinary codes and procedures, HIV / AIDS policies, Sexual harassment policies, Retrenchment policies, HR procedures and policies (leave, sick leave, maternity leave etc.), Skills Training and Development policies, development of  workplace skills plans and generation of annual training reports.
